We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our elegant, minimalist bags and accessories. However, we understand that sometimes a product is not what you expected. That's why we offer a fair and transparent returns policy.

Please read our policies and terms and conditions before making a purchase. You acknowledge and accept these terms by using our website and making a purchase.

You have a return period of 10 days, starting from the day you received the item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within this period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it - unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. After we have received the returned item and checked its condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the item.

Changing your mind - we understand

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, don't worry! You can return the unused item to us within 10 days of receipt and we will refund the full amount. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused and with all original packaging and tags.

Defective items - put it right



In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a return and once the product has been received and checked, we will offer you a replacement product or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Returns procedure - Smooth and simple

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, details of the item and the reason for the return. We guide you through the process.

Refund Process - Fast and Fair

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be returned to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 7 working days.
If you have not received a refund after 10 days from the day you posted your return, please contact us with a photo of the proof of postage. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
